Regarding the error message displayed after pressing the "Submit" button for new member registration

Since around January 31st, an error message (see attached error message image) has been appearing when registering as a new member.

After pressing the final "Submit" button, the message "Something went wrong" appears.

If the information you entered is correct, your registration is complete.

Please try logging in once using the email address and password you provided.
