Information regarding deliveries during Golden Week

We would like to inform you about the delivery of products ordered through the Tree of Life online store during the Golden Week period (April 26th to May 6th).

During this period, we will ship your ordered items as scheduled, however please note that due to a higher than usual volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed.

Please note that inquiries made from Saturday, May 3rd to Tuesday, May 6th will be handled in order starting from Wednesday, May 7th.
