This is a spice blend unique to Tree of Life that adds herbs such as hibiscus and rosehips to classic craft cola spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, and star anise.
Instead of sugar, we use agave syrup, a vegetable sweetener that has a rich caramel-like flavor.
Agave syrup has a lower GI value and is said to be sweeter than sugar, and is attracting attention as a sugar substitute around the world.
*GI value is an abbreviation for Glycemic Index, a number that indicates the degree to which a food increases blood sugar levels.
It contains rosehips and hibiscus, so you can enjoy the moderate acidity and fruity scent.
Of course, it also contains cola nuts, which are indispensable to craft cola, giving the flavor depth and richness.

Quality retention/usage guidelineUnopened : 36 months (3 years) after manufacture, after opening: Refrigerate. Please consume as soon as possible.
2. Add 1 packet of spice mix, 200cc of water, and sliced lemon to a pot and heat over medium heat.
3. Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes.
4. Turn off the heat, add one packet of agave syrup, and mix thoroughly.
5. Strain the ingredients and it's done.
Please dilute with 4 to 5 parts of carbonated water or hot water before drinking.
*If you use orange instead of lemon, you will get a craft cola with less sourness.
