This is the official text for the "Herb & Life Certification" offered by the Japan Medicinal Herb Association (JAMHA), a non-profit organization.
The concept of this test is to "learn about a lifestyle that enriches your life using herbs and spices.
This test will help you acquire basic knowledge about 56 types of herbs and spices that can be grown in your kitchen or on your balcony or that are easily available, and will help you to live a rich lifestyle that is full of fragrance and color.
The Herb & Life Examination is held twice a year, in March and August.
