We bring you a special online course from Sri Lanka, the home of Ayurveda.

The lecturer was Professor Swarna, an Ayurvedic doctor from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.

We will provide an easy-to-understand explanation of women's "beauty" and "health" from an Ayurvedic perspective.
