By massaging the body with silk gloves, you can flush out waste products, relieve swelling and chills, and boost your immunity.
It is especially recommended for those with a Kapha constitution who are prone to swelling and feel cold.
Use as a dry massage before an oil massage to enhance oil penetration.
If you are concerned about rough hands, we recommend massaging your fingertips with oil and then wearing gloves when you go to sleep.

[What is Garshana?]
A dry massage in Ayurveda, performed using silk gloves.
It is also said to be the origin of Japanese dry cloth friction.
In India, it is common for brides to have this treatment before their wedding as it gives the skin a white, lustrous and smooth texture.
It also stimulates the skin, promotes metabolism and purifies ama (toxins) accumulated in the body.

Care Instructions
① Washing: Prepare a bucket of water at 25-30 degrees, dissolve an appropriate amount of neutral detergent, and gently wash by hand. Do not use detergent containing bleach or fluorescent agents. If the water is too hot or too cold, the fibers may shrink.
② Rinse: Rinse 2 to 3 times using plenty of water at 25 to 30 degrees Celsius while pressing the item.
③ Drying: After rinsing, lightly remove excess water, reshape the garment, and place it between a towel to dehydrate it. Reshape the garment and then dry it in the shade. Do not use a dryer.
●Do not use if your skin is itchy, or if you have any skin diseases such as xeroderma, pruritus, or atopic dermatitis.
●Since this is a natural fiber, the size and shrinkage may vary slightly depending on the climate, lot, etc.
●Moisture can lead to mold and insect damage. Thoroughly dry the fabric and then store it in a cool, well-ventilated place. Silk is a material that requires insect protection. Be sure to use insect repellents and desiccants.
●Silk is a material that is sensitive to water and heat. It is also sensitive to detergents and sunlight, so the texture and feel will change depending on how you care for and store it. Please be careful as discoloration and texture may occur if exposed to direct sunlight for a long period of time.
