In the case of hot
Place the herbal tea in a warmed cup or teapot and pour in boiling water.
Cover and wait 2 to 3 minutes.
The serving size is roughly 1 to 2 heaped teaspoons, but please adjust to your liking.
The approximate extraction time is 2 to 3 minutes for flowers and leaves, and 3 to 5 minutes for fruits and roots after finely crushing.
For ice cream
Use 1/2 to 1/3 of the usual amount of boiling water to make it stronger, and pour directly into a heat-resistant glass filled with ice.
