Shigeru Abe (Professor at the Teikyo University Center for Medical Mycology Research) explains that athlete's foot fungus remaining in shoes can be eliminated by putting a drop of lemongrass essential oil on a tissue, rolling it up, and placing the tissue in the center of the shoe overnight.
