A menstrual cup (sanitary cup) with a cute shape that resembles lily of the valley.
There is no need to change them frequently like with sanitary napkins, and no risk of leakage.
It can be used continuously for up to 12 hours.
Since menstrual blood does not escape, it also reduces stuffiness and unpleasant odors.
Made of small, soft silicone, it can be washed and reused.
These sanitary products are kind to the body, the environment, and economically.
Menstrual cups are commonly used mainly in Europe and the United States as the third most common menstrual product after napkins and tampons.
It was designed by a Taiwanese woman to be easy to use for Asian women in terms of shape and size.
The product has a shelf life of 10 years, but we recommend replacing it every 2 to 5 years depending on how often you use it.
Small size: Capacity 10ml. Recommended for first-time users, practice use, and days with light menstrual flow.
Regular size: 20ml. Can be used from light to heavy menstrual flow. Recommended for all occasions, including travel, sports, and swimming.
Comes with a special pouch. (Design may change without notice.)
Special cleaning cases are also available.
Material: Medical grade silicone
Put water in a large pot and bring it to a boil, then place this product in the pot and boil for 5 minutes to sterilize it.
Make sure there is enough hot water in the pot to prevent the product from touching the bottom and damaging the silicone material.
Insertion Method
Before insertion, wash the cup and your hands thoroughly with soap.
Fold the tip opening inwards.
No menstrual blood leaks when you take it out.
Hold both sides of the cup with the tabs facing down and fold it in half, squeezing it inwards.
You can also fold just the edges of the cup to make it C-shaped, making the tip smaller and easier to insert.
While holding the top of the cup firmly in its folded position and pressing the edges with your index finger and thumb, use your other hand to part your labia and slowly insert the cup.
When inserting, assume a position that is easy for you to insert in, such as squatting, spreading your legs, raising one leg on the toilet seat (if you're in the bathroom, you can also put one leg on the bathtub), or sitting on the toilet seat.
How to remove
Just like when inserting, sit on the toilet with your legs apart, squat, or place one foot on the toilet seat or bathtub in the position that makes it easiest to remove.
Insert your finger into your vagina, hook it onto the removal ring, and gently move the cup from side to side before removing it.
