We will be holding a special event in collaboration with Kracie Pharmaceuticals to balance the mind and body from the perspectives of Chinese medicine and aromatherapy for those who want to improve the quality of their sleep.

Part 1: How to improve your sleep with Kampo medicine A basic Kampo course by Kracie Pharmaceuticals. Learn the Kampo philosophy for improving sleep problems and easy methods to incorporate into your daily life.

Part 2: Aromatherapy Workshop Together with an aromatherapy instructor from Tree of Life, create your own sleeping environment while enjoying soothing scents!

Special consultation time: We will have a time set aside for consultation with pharmacists and aromatherapy instructors.
