エッセンシャルオイル（精油）によっては固まるものもありますので、その場合は湯煎等で温めてからご使用ください。
一滴の目安
生活の木のエッセンシャルオイル3、10、30mlのボトルに使用したドロッパーの一滴は約0.05mlです。

目が覚めるような爽やかなミントと柑橘の香りで、
体も心もスッキリ、気持ちが前向きになれるような香りで、とても気に入りました。
梅雨時のどんよりしたシーズンや、気分が沈んでいる時とかにおすすめです。

アレンジしています
気分によって感じ方が変わる香りがありますが、ミント系と柑橘系の組み合わせが好きでお店で嗅いでみてこれに決めました。何年も前に販売がされなくなったウェルカムブレンドがミントとユーカリとライムのブレンドで私には完璧な香りだったので代わりを探していました。このレモンイエローも好きですがユーカリと一緒にリヒュウザーに入れたところほぼ探していた香りになったように感じました。同じような好みの方にはお薦めしますが、できればユーカリも入ったブレンドオイルを販売されることを心待ちにしています。

だんだん暑くなってきたこの時期に 爽やかな清々しい香りで とてもリフレッシュされます。
どちらかというと交感神経がオンになる香りということで 朝の支度の時にディフューザーで使っています。
湿度が高い時にも 気分転換になります。
