This herbal tea in a tea bag is made with herbs such as peppermint, ginger, and rooibos, with hints of lemon and lime, and has a refreshing, cool aftertaste.
You can also add fresh mint to chilled herbal tea, or enjoy it with cold black tea, orange juice or herbal cordial.

When extracting with water
Place a tea bag in a tea server or similar, pour 400ml of water per tea bag, and let steep in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
When extracting with hot water
Place a tea bag in a heat-resistant container, pour in about 200ml of boiling water, leave for 5 to 6 minutes, then pour into a heat-resistant container such as a tea server with plenty of ice, and allow to cool before enjoying.
