Bath and sleep special
Are you taking a bath in the tub?
Good sleep is essential for maintaining good health during seasonal changes and in the depths of winter.
To ensure a good night's sleep, we suggest the following bedtime steps starting after dinner.
STEP 1 Place your smartphone
After dinner, start slowly preparing for bedtime.
Take the time to pamper yourself with a cup of warm herbal tea.
It's easy to lose track of time when you look at your smartphone. When it's time to sleep, put your smartphone down, turn off the lights in your room, and head to the bathtub.
STEP 2: Take a bath
Falling asleep begins when your core body temperature starts to drop, so you need to raise your core body temperature.
If you only take a shower, even if you feel heat on the surface of your body, your body will not be warm enough.
Take a leisurely bath in lukewarm water (39-40°C) for about 15 minutes. You will gradually warm up.
Choose your favorite bath additive based on how tired you are and your mood that day.
STEP 3: Take a deep breath with the aroma
It's time to sleep. Why not use aromatherapy as a cue?
Take a deep breath with your favorite scent and fall asleep feeling comfortable.
