You can make a reservation through booking.com, which will be displayed when you click the "Apply for the tour here" button on this page.

If you can be picked up in Kandy city, you can participate even if you are not staying at our hotel. In that case, please tell our staff the pick-up location in advance.

We can provide support in both Japanese and English.

Lunch is not included on the tour, so please prepare some snacks beforehand or ask your guide to stop by a store to purchase snacks during the tour.

This is because the cars with windows that can be opened are second class cars. As the windows in first class cars cannot be opened depending on the train, we will guide you to second class cars. Also, depending on the train congestion on the day of the tour, we may change the train seat, but we will contact you in advance if this is the case.

This is not included in the tour, but you can apply for it as an option. Please let our staff know in advance after making your reservation.

You cannot choose the location for afternoon tea. We will select one of the following locations depending on the availability of the tour day: Grand Hotel Nuwara Eliya, Jetwing St. Andrews, Araliya Green Hills, or Nuwara Eliya Golf Club.
