私の30日茶 高麗人参剛力ブレンド/おやすみ前のカモマイルブレンド 30個入
ホットの場合
温めたカップにティーバッグを入れ、沸騰させたお湯約180mlを注ぎ、5～6分置いてからお召し上がりください。
アイスの場合
通常の半分程度のお湯で濃い目に出し、氷を入れた耐熱グラスに直接注いでください。
※水出し用ではありません。

ハーブコーディアル 有機イングリッシュエルダーフラワー 360ml
キャップをしたまま、よく振ってからご使用ください。
水やお湯、ハーブティー、炭酸水などに加えてお召し上がりください。
180mlに対して、コーディアル20～30mlが目安ですが、量はお好みで調節してください。
アイスでもホットでも美味しくお召し上がり頂けます。
※希釈用飲料です。原液をそのままお飲みにならないでください。

傾け方
斜めに傾けると外側の穴からオイルが出ます。
エッセンシャルオイル（精油）によっては固まるものもありますので、その場合は湯煎等で温めてからご使用ください。

一滴の目安
生活の木のエッセンシャルオイル3、10、30mlのボトルに使用したドロッパーの一滴は約0.05mlです。



ピロースプレー 2本セット （シトラス/ラベンダー 各20ml）
枕から20cmほど離して1～2回スプレーしてください。
スプレー後は布地の表面が乾いていることを確認してからお使いください。
枕の上にタオルをのせ、その上にスプレーをする使用方法がおすすめです。
