We recommend taking this as a substitute for throat lozenges when you have a sore throat while out and about.

Delicious herbal tea Manuka Honey Ginger 10 teaspoons
In the case of hot
Place tea bag in a warm cup, pour boiling water over it, and let it sit for 5-6 minutes before drinking.
In the case of ice cream
Pour the strong herbal tea into a glass filled with ice.
*Not for cold brewing.
