You can see how herbal teas and aromas are made at the Mizunami Factory, which is normally closed to the public. In the workshop, you can choose your favorite scent and sticks and make your own original reed diffuser!

・Please wear comfortable shoes as you will be walking around the factory (sandals are not permitted)
・We carry herbs. If you have any concerns about allergies, please let our staff know.
・We use glassware and natural essential oils. If you are bringing small children, please contact us in advance to ensure their safety.
・Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

More than 100 staff members are involved in the procurement, import, production, quality assurance, and logistics of raw materials that go into our products.
Mizunami Factory is unique in that it has a surprising amount of handcrafted work.
