The vortex incense stick is made up of two coils, so please separate them one by one before using. (Hold the center of the vortex between the thumb and index finger of both hands and gently shake it up and down to slowly separate it.)
Ignite the outer tip of the whirlpool facing downwards, and place the attached smoking mat on it before use. The smoking mat must be placed in a non-flammable container such as ceramic, glass, or metal.
* Use one roll for a room of 6 to 8 tatami mats.

Please use and store out of reach of children and pets.
Avoid using it on or near flammable materials, and be careful when placing it so that curtains, bedding, etc. do not cover it.
Do not smoke near hanging scrolls, hanging clothing, or valuable items.
When using in a windy place, whether indoors or outdoors, please be careful not to let the smoke mat, incense or container itself be blown away by the wind.

The mat will turn black from the smoke of the incense, but you can continue to use it. The mat cannot be washed with water, but please remove any remaining ash frequently.
