曼荼羅アートの世界は様々なセラピーに活用されており、集中して作ることによりストレスケアにも繋がります。ここでは難しく考えず７色の糸を選び、作ることを楽しんで頂きます。釘打ち、糸をかけて曼荼羅を作ります。最後に精油の香りをつけ完成です。
講座内容
