講座内容
その季節や時期に必要な食材、栄養素などを学びおうちですぐにできる薬膳おすすめレシピもご紹介します。実習では、薬膳入浴剤、養生茶、薬膳七味などを作ります。 ・秋の養生 ・冬の養生 ・春の養生
