フットトリートメントは心地よい圧とゆったりとしたリズムが大切。ご自身のセルフケアにも役立ちます。２回に分けてフットバス後に行います。①足裏の反射区（セルフトリートメント）②脚部のエフルラージュと全体のまとめ（相モデル）
