アーユルヴェーダをこれから学びたい方におすすめの講座です。 アーユルヴェーダでは「人」の体質を「ドーシャ」と呼んでいます。体質(ドーシャ)の原理やメカニズムを学び、アーユルヴェーダの教えの中で五感を満たすヒントを学びます。
講座内容
アーユルヴェーダを通じ、五感に意識を向け心身を整えて生活に活かすヒントを学びます。五感を研ぎ澄まし自身の香りでバスソルトを作成します。
