What are essential oils?
Essential oil is a 100% natural liquid extracted from the aromatic components found in the flowers, leaves, seeds, peels, resins, etc. of plants.

Phototoxicity
This is a property found in certain essential oils that reacts with ultraviolet rays when it comes into contact with the skin, causing problems such as spots and redness. If it does come into contact with your skin, be sure to wash it off carefully.
When using the product on the skin, such as as a treatment or in the bath, be careful not to expose it to ultraviolet rays.
