E-Gift
A convenient gift that you can give even if you don't know the recipient's address!
This is a gift that you can easily send to people you are connected with via email or LINE, even if you don't know their address.
Simply send the e-gift receiving URL, which will be issued after purchase, to the recipient via LINE or SNS.
The recipient does not need to register as a member; the product will be delivered once they enter their address.
Precautions for Use
This is not an anonymous delivery, so the sender's information will be listed on the delivery slip.
* If you would like gift wrapping, please select it. * The deadline for receiving e-gifts is [14 days after purchase].
*If the recipient does not complete the procedure by the deadline, the product will be sent to the purchaser's address.
* Please enter your own address when entering the shipping address when purchasing. This will be used if the recipient does not complete the procedure.
*Cash on delivery is not available.
*You cannot cancel your purchase after it has been completed. Please use with caution.
How to use e-Gift (how to give)
Step 1
On the page of the product you want to gift wrap, click "Send as an e-gift to someone whose address I don't know"
Step 2
Select the e-gift message card, enter your message, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
*This is a digital message card that can only be viewed by the recipient.
*You can check the display image in the preview.
Step 3
Enter the delivery address (the sender's own address information) on the payment screen and click "Complete order."
*Use this if the recipient has missed the receipt deadline.
*For e-gifts, the only payment method available is credit card.
Step 4
Copy the URL that appears on the order completion screen or the URL of the receipt page that will be sent to you by email after payment is complete, then paste it into a LINE message or email to send to the recipient and you're done.
Step 5
Once the recipient receives the item and enters the delivery address, you will receive a completion notification.
How to use e-Gift (how to receive)
Step 1
Open the e-Gift receiving URL sent to you via LINE or email.
Step 2
Click Receive e-Gift and confirm the item you wish to receive.
Step 3
Once you have entered your shipping information, your gift will be shipped.
Step 4
When you see the Thank you page, you're done.
*Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport.
*The request will be listed as Tree of Life (requested by Anyreach).
