What is the difference between virgin (unrefined) and clear (refined) types?
There are two types of vegetable oil: clear and virgin.
(Example: Rosehip oil) Virgin (unrefined) oil retains the color and scent unique to the oil extracted from the plant.
Clear = refined type is one that has been through a process to dilute the scent, color, or both.
Neither is better than the other, so if you want to enjoy the plant itself, you should choose the "virgin" type, and if you don't want to worry about the color or scent, you should choose the "clear" type.
