A herb that is extracted a deep blue color.
It has been cultivated in Thailand and other parts of Southeast Asia and South Asia for a long time and has been used as a natural coloring agent in addition to food.
The secret to their beautiful blue color is anthocyanin, a type of polyphenol.
When anthocyanin reacts with acid, it changes color from blue to pink.
You can make a surprise tea by taking advantage of the color change .
In neutral solutions (water, salt water, sugar water, etc.), it extracts a blue color.
When extracted with an acidic solution ( lemon juice, vinegar, citric acid, etc.), it turns pink to red.
*Since natural ingredients are used, the color may not turn out to be a vivid blue.
Also, the color will vary depending on the water hardness and pH.
You can enjoy different color changes by using the water in your area or commercially available mineral water.
If the hardness is below 50, it will be closer to purple, and if it is over 300, it will be more green.

Quality Maintenance/Usage Guidelines
Unopened: 36 months (3 years) after manufacture
After opening: Keep refrigerated. Consume as soon as possible.
Put the herbal tea into a warmed cup or teapot, pour in boiling water, cover and let sit for 2-3 minutes.
The serving size is roughly 1 to 2 heaped teaspoons, but please adjust to your taste.
The approximate extraction time is 2 to 3 minutes for flowers and leaves, and 3 to 5 minutes for fruits and roots after finely crushing.
For ice cream
Use 1/2 to 1/3 of the usual amount of boiling water to make it stronger, and pour directly into a heat-resistant glass filled with ice.
*Not for cold brewing.
