You can specify your preferred delivery date and time.
If you have a specific delivery date and time, please enter it at the checkout screen.

If no entry is made, the item will be delivered as soon as possible. Delivery will take place within 2 business days at the earliest.
However, during busy periods and after holidays, orders may increase in volume and delivery may take longer.
*If your order includes made-to-order products, shipping will take approximately 7 business days.

For deliveries to Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands, it will take longer than usual, including shipping from our company and delivery by the shipping company. (Estimated delivery time: 7 business days at the earliest.) Please order with plenty of time.
Please note that delivery times may be delayed or advanced depending on factors such as weather and other natural disasters, traffic conditions, and the region of the delivery destination.
*Due to the current logistics situation, we are unable to arrange for same-day shipping for orders placed on the same day, even if you contact us by email or phone. However, if you do not enter a delivery address, we will deliver your order as quickly as possible.

The shipping method will be specified by our store and, as a general rule, customers cannot choose the method.

Once we have completed shipping, we will send you an email with the shipping number.
Once the shipment is complete, you can also check it on your My Page.

When packing, we will take great care to avoid scratches or dents on the outer box before preparing for shipping, but after delivery to the delivery company, there is a possibility that some kind of trouble may occur during transport or damage may occur due to the delivery company's responsibility.
We ask for your understanding that there may be scratches or dents on the outer box that do not interfere with the use of the main unit.

Shipping charges will be incurred for each delivery address.
If your purchase amount is less than 3,780 yen , shipping costs will be 660 yen (tax included).
*If the shipping conditions are not met, shipping charges will be added automatically.
