Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it.
Please follow the " Cancel " link included in your order confirmation email.

Please enter your order number and delivery address zip code on the dedicated cancellation page to begin the process.

On the start page, select the product you wish to cancel. Once the cancellation is complete, you will receive a cancellation receipt email, so please make sure to check it.
*If more than 30 minutes have passed since your order was placed, cancellations, including changes to the quantity, are not possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns and Refunds

If the product you receive is damaged or soiled, or if a product different from the one you ordered is delivered, we will check the inventory status and exchange the product, so please check the following.

[In the case of defective products or defects on our part]
In the unlikely event that the delivered product is defective or different from the product you ordered, we will promptly accept your request for a return or exchange.
Please note that we will cover the shipping costs for returns due to product defects or our own mistakes. Please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.
Once the procedure is complete, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

○Conditions for which returns and exchanges cannot be made Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if the following conditions are met.
・In cases where the order was made for an incorrect product, the incorrect quantity, or the product was different from what you expected, due to reasons on the part of the supplier. ・If you do not apply for a return or exchange within 7 days of the product arriving at the address you specified. ・If the product has been opened or shows signs of use, damage or dirt. ・If the product's accessories, attachments, invoice, delivery note, etc. have been lost. ・If the product is returned using a method other than that specified by our company. ・If the product is sold under special conditions by our company, such as made-to-order products, sale items, lucky bags, discounted set items, etc., and there is no defect attributable to our company. ・In cases where the order is marked as "non-returnable" on the product page or campaign page. ・In cases where the product was purchased anywhere other than our official online store (we are unable to confirm the purchase history of the product you wish to return). ・When accepting a return due to a defective product or a defect on our part, if the product is no longer available due to the end of sales at our company, or the product is temporarily out of stock, we will refund the purchase price of the relevant product.

[Refund Method]
After confirming the information you provided in the inquiry form , we will contact you via the contact information you provided in your membership registration to confirm the transfer account. We will then refund your money to your designated transfer account.

[Time it takes for a refund]
After confirming the transfer account, we will transfer the money to the specified account within approximately two weeks.

[Regarding damage caused by accidents during delivery]
If the outer box or packaging (such as a cardboard box or paper bag) of the item you receive is damaged, there may have been an accident during delivery by the delivery company.
In that case, we will exchange the product through the delivery company.
As the delivery company needs to check the damage, we ask that you contact them directly.
